COVID-19 News and Updates

WE'LL RETURN TO OUR REGULAR COMMUNIION SCHEDULE IN JUNE. We continue to follow the sanitary protocols for our physical gatherings – early arrival, screening at entrance and immediate seating, separation to/from seats, masks except when seated, immediate ushered exit, etc.  Only the narthex doors will be open before 8:30, and only the reception doors will be open before 11:00.  There’s still no nursery, so kids need to stay with parents.  Once again we will not have on-site Sunday School or adult studies, but see below for ways to have your study time online.

OUR TWO SUNDAY ADULT BIBLE STUDIES ARE DONE VIA “ZOOM”, AND SUNDAY SCHOOL FOR CHILDREN/TEENS IS AVAILABLE ONLINE.  Sunday adult studies are shortened so that 8:30 worshipers can get home and 11:00 worshipers can get to the church building.  We “open” both adult classes by 9:45, formally starting at 10:00, then end both by 10:30.  Pastor Craig’s Zoom Bible study is at https://us02web.zoom.us/j/86809303785, and Pastor Rollie’s Zoom Bible study is at https://us02web.zoom.us/j/85798380856.  Study materials are available online and/or at the bottom of this email, with hard copies also distributed to worshipers as they exit on Sunday.

IF YOU CAN’T PHYSICALLY ATTEND WORSHIP, the 8:30 sermon (only) will be available on the church website (https://www.tlctyler.org/) and on YouTube Sunday by mid-afternoon.  Contact the church office to have mailed to you the entire worship service on DVD.

As always, the church staff will be available by phone or email for any emergencies you or your family might have.
