Transformed By Water: Baptism Call Us

In this theme, we explore our calling as Christians from the perspective of our baptismal identity. In our baptism, we were united with Jesus Christ in his death and resurrection. Our old sinful nature was put to death. We were given a new nature in Christ Jesus. As our Lord uses baptism to make us a new creation in Him, how does he call us – by virtue of our baptism – to live? We are called from death to life as justified and forgiven people, called to a life of witness as followers of Jesus, and called to unity as part of God’s forever family.
