Forgiving Freely

March 31, 2019 Series: Character Under Construction

Topic: Character Passage: Genesis 50:15–21, Colossians 3:12–14, Matthew 18:21–35

What's the single most difficult thing God has called you to do?  Is it tithing?  How about stepping out in blind faith?  Perhaps speaking to an unbeliever about Jesus?  It could be this: Forgiving someone who has hurt you deeply. Yes, it's hard!  But isn't forgiveness - undeserved forgiveness - at the heart of following Jesus?  Isn't it what God has done for us?  And isn't it the key to living with true peace?  An inevitable part of our "Character Under Construction" is "Forgiving Freely!"
