Baptism Calls Us to a Life of Witness

Which pastor performs the baptism has no bearing on our identity in Christ. Even our church traditions and denominations, while significant for their doctrine and their contribution to the overall family of God, have no bearing on our identity in Christ. When we are baptized, we are baptized into Christ. We are part of His forever family! This unifies us with God, as well as with Christians around the world and across time.
