As Christians we are called to be unified as a body of believers in faith. This faith is from Christ who came down to us and lived among us as a human with an actual body. This Body He then gave up for you and I on the cross and was raised again to new life. You and celebrate and partake in His Sacramental Body today in communion (the Bread of Life) as well as when we gather as members of His Church Body. As Christians, when we gather as the Body and continue in faith as we are strengthened (body and soul) through His Body. How am I called to be a part of the Church Body of Christ and where in my life am I not living as I should as a part of His Body?
