The PRACTICE of Faith: Persistent Prayer

October 20, 2019 Series: Living By Faith, Not By Sight

Topic: Faith Passage: Genesis 32:22–30, 2 Timothy 3:14– 4:5, Luke 18:1–8

Have you ever quit? Given up? Thrown in the towel? What about this? Have you ever quit praying for something? Ever given up on God? Stopped believing that your situation would improve? We all can agree with that second line of questions. When it seems our heavenly Father is deaf to our prayers, that's no time to doubt His character, His promises or His power. Because of Jesus Christ, we are those who put our faith into practice. We are those who persistently pray!
