Love - It's More Than A Word

Every year when February rolls in, what do you first think of? It’s usually the same for all of us. Third-graders who make heart-shaped cards for their classmates and couples who’ve been married for decades all think of love! There’s something about the Valentine’s Day tradition that takes over. On a far deeper level, the Bible tells us that “God is love.” (1 John 4:16) And, His love for sinners is more than just a word. It’s unconditional, undeserved and unfailing commitment to our good. God’s love is the whole reason Jesus came to earth. And it’s the why we get to love one another.
