No Limits

Each Gospel lesson in this series, subverts our usual mode of operation and calls us out on the sin-driven limits we put on God’s good gifts. We limit our forgiveness, we limit our generosity, we buck against authority, and we rebel against the very identity of the Savior. Yet in Christ Jesus God’s forgiveness, generosity, authority, and identity knows no limits. In spite of our short-sighted approach, our Lord invites us to repent and believe, and to join him in a mission that subverts the limits of human striving and offers life everlasting.
