Authority in Action

Jesus is talking with the Pharisees and is asked a question by a scholar of the Law about which one is the greatest. Jesus’ answer brings up and important question: With the authority you have been given, do you love the Lord and your neighbor? Not only in the things we say, but do we love the Lord and our neighbors in the things we do as well? As Christians we are called to follow the Law. Are we following the Law in how we love? By the way that God as our Ultimate Authority loves us?
